Golden Goddess LLC

Statement of Ethics

The relationship between practitioner and client is sacred. These principles guide every session Crystal Liberto offers at Golden Goddess LLC — a commitment to safety, integrity, and the wholeness of every person who trusts this work.

01

Confidentiality

What you share in session stays in session. Client identity, communications, and session content are held in strict confidence, with the only exceptions being those required by law — such as an imminent risk of harm to self or others, or the abuse of a child or vulnerable adult.

02

Informed Consent

Every client is entitled to a clear understanding of the services offered, the nature of the coaching and therapeutic relationship, session structure, fees, and any limits of confidentiality before work begins.

03

Scope of Practice

Services are offered within the boundaries of Crystal Liberto's training, licensure, and certifications. When a client's needs fall outside that scope — including psychiatric emergencies, medication management, or diagnoses requiring specialized care — an appropriate referral will be made.

04

Non-Discrimination

Every human being is met with dignity and respect. Services are offered without discrimination on the basis of race, ethnicity, religion, gender identity, sexual orientation, ability, age, relationship structure, or background.

05

Professional Boundaries

The relationship between coach and client is a professional one. Dual relationships, exploitation of the client's trust, and any form of romantic or sexual contact with clients are strictly prohibited.

06

Integrity & Honesty

Credentials, qualifications, methods, and outcomes are represented truthfully. No guarantees of specific results are made. Clients are always free to ask questions, seek second opinions, or end the working relationship at any time.

07

Client Autonomy

The client is the expert on their own life. Sessions support self-discovery, agency, and informed decision-making — never coercion, dependency, or the imposition of the practitioner's personal beliefs.

08

Safety First

Golden Goddess LLC does not provide crisis or emergency services. Clients in immediate danger are encouraged to call 911, the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline, or go to their nearest emergency room.

09

Continuing Education

Crystal is committed to ongoing training, supervision, and professional development so that clients receive care grounded in current, trauma-informed best practices.

10

Privacy & Records

Any records or communications are stored securely and shared only with the client's written consent, or where disclosure is required by law.
